What this entails, and when you should start.
Heavent Paris brings together event service providers in Pavilion 4 at Porte de Versailles. Three days, a crowded aisle, and visitors who make their way through the show in just a few hours. At a trade show of this size, a booth is judged in five seconds from the aisle: the height of the Signage, the clarity of the message, and the way visitors enter. The rest plays out inside.
ID2STAND has been designing, manufacturing, assembling, and dismantling exhibition booths since 2011. For Heavent, this means a single point of contact from the initial sketch through to dismantling, a Made in France, and a team that understands the site’s constraints: permitted heights, ceiling mounts, setup windows, and heavy-duty vehicle access.
Custom-made or modular?
If Heavent is your only trade show of the year, a custom-built booth is worth the investment: it’s designed specifically for your message, your floor space, and your exact location. If you attend three to five trade shows a year with varying floor spaces, a modular booth costs more the first time but becomes significantly cheaper starting with the second use. The break-even point is something you calculate—not guess at.
Deadlines, Without the Bureaucratic Jargon
For a custom-built booth to be ready by November 17, the project must be launched by early September at the latest: two to three rounds of design revisions, approval of the plans, and submission of the proposal to the organizer by the end of September; production must begin in early October, followed by pre-assembly in the workshop the week before the event. After this deadline, only a modular solution—whether purchased or rented—remains feasible.

What We're Asked Most Often
Where is the ID2STAND booth?
In Pavilion 4 of the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center. The exact booth number will be posted on this page as soon as we receive the final floor plan, sometime in September.
Do you need a badge to enter the trade show?
Heavent Paris is a Trade show restricted access. Accreditation must be requested directly from the organizer on the show’s official website. A reserved time slot at our booth does not replace an entry badge.
How long does a meeting at the booth last?
Thirty minutes with a project manager. That’s enough time to review a plan, set a budget, and walk away with a price range. If your project requires more, we’ll schedule a second meeting after the trade show.
Is it still possible to reserve a booth for Heavent 2026?
For a custom booth, planning ideally begins in September for a trade show in mid-November. After mid-October, only modular solutions are still a realistic option. Give us a call, and we’ll give you an honest assessment of what’s feasible within your timeline.
